By using Micro Clock, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

1. License and use

We grant you a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use Micro Clock on Apple devices. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or use the app unlawfully.

2. Timing and reminders

Device sleep, system limits, time-zone changes, network conditions, or notification permissions may affect displays and reminders. Micro Clock does not guarantee success for tickets, purchases, meetings, or other events. Do not use it for life-safety, medical, or other critical purposes.

3. Micro Clock Pro

All professional modes are complimentary on the China mainland App Store storefront. On other storefronts, Micro Clock Pro is available as a non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Apple’s terms and systems handle purchases, refunds, Family Sharing, and payments. A purchased Lifetime Pro entitlement will not be removed if subscriptions are introduced later.

4. User content and third-party links

You are responsible for having the right to save, open, or share event names, links, and other content you enter. We are not responsible for third-party websites, apps, products, or services.

5. Service changes

We may update the app for security, compatibility, or feature improvements. Features may change where needed to comply with platform or legal requirements.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Micro Clock is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect losses caused by missed reminders, timing differences, third-party links, or service unavailability.
