Micro Clock is designed to provide its core timing features without an account or content uploads.

1. Data stored on your device

Clock settings, countdown and stopwatch state, focus settings, and event records are stored on your device by default. Uninstalling the app normally removes this local data.

2. Optional analytics

Product analytics is off by default. If you enable it in Settings, the app sends a random installation identifier, device type, system and app versions, content-free feature interactions, and purchase or restore result status. Our services also receive standard request metadata, such as IP address and user agent, for delivery, security, and operations. We do not log transaction identifiers, payment details, event titles, links, clipboard content, accounts, or nicknames in analytics. You can turn analytics off at any time.

3. Accounts and sharing

The Global experience does not require an account for core features. In the China experience, account details, nickname, and records you explicitly share are sent to our service only when you sign in and use Quick Access sharing. You can initiate account deletion inside the app.

4. Purchases

Apple processes in-app purchases. Micro Clock reads the current App Store storefront and verified product and transaction entitlements to determine regional Pro access, display local pricing, and complete or restore purchases. All professional modes are complimentary on the China mainland storefront; other storefronts require a verified lifetime entitlement. If optional analytics is enabled, we may record the product identifier and a result such as success, cancellation, pending, or failure, without a transaction identifier. We do not receive your card or full payment details.

5. Clipboard and notifications

The Global experience does not automatically read shopping clipboard content. The China experience reads the clipboard only to recognize Quick Access content you copied. Countdown, focus, and event reminders use local system notifications.

6. Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you remove it or uninstall the app. Server account and sharing data remains until the account is deleted or operational/legal retention is required. Use Settings → Account Actions → Delete Account, or contact support if you cannot access the app.
