Picture in Picture does not start

Confirm that Picture in Picture is enabled in iPhone Settings, then return to Micro Clock and tap Start Floating again. Some system states may require a second attempt.

Restore Micro Clock Pro

All professional modes unlock automatically on the China mainland App Store. On other storefronts, use Settings → Micro Clock Pro → Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple ID that completed the purchase. Lifetime Pro is a non-subscription purchase.

Timers or notifications

Timers recover from their stored target time after backgrounding or relaunching. Notification delivery still depends on system permission and Focus settings.

Delete an account

The Global experience needs no account. If you used China Quick Access sharing, choose Settings → Account Actions → Delete Account. Contact us if you cannot access the app.
